@@TheGravygun the p40 is the updated model they no longer produce the 36 They are 1100$ for the pump from our store. A fully built model with engine and base plate is 1600$

I see some have the hose wrapped up where its not touching the left side past the goose neck, can we remove the goose neck and screw in a clamp to the left side of the drum so it can be wound tightly touching each drum left to right? kinda looks dumb if it only gets wound to the goose neck then back to the right side drum.

Just a note my man, from a professional announcer, the word "whenever" is usually incorrect. The word "when" is commonly sufficient. It just makes people sound like they have trailer park/walmart education. Do a search for yourself on, like, grammarly or a similar site. Good Day!

Many times it’s the fuel pump. The one they come with is trash and should be replaced with a Honda fuel pump from the get go.

Is this okay? It has been working for me, but figured id ask.. I have a female QC at end of PW line. I then have it going to a male, that's threaded into a mosmatic swivel, which goes into the ball valve, then a male plug coming out the other end of the BV.. My guns then have the female so it works out.. It seems to work so I assume its okay to do it that way?

How many hours roughly do these engines last?

They vary. The engines go from 800 to 2500 hours depending on maintenance and storage conditions. We have found the Kohler and Vanguard engines can exceed that and we have seen them with up to 3300 hours and still running.

What type of oil are you using in the 1690 gearbox? Book says iso vg 220 but on the gearbox it says 90w.

We use 80 85 or 90 weight gear oil that you can get from any Oreilly auto parts store or Autozone.

Panel bright doesn't have polish safe chem i have a 175 truck fleet 50 a week minimum I'm new to the fleet side by myself use to work 13 years ago for a guy but he mixed everything I just sprayed and cleaned lol good video

You don't see many people using upstream Here on youtube. At my company, we only do upstream. And are Wand have no trigger. Our soap is the ZEP TNT truck wash. We can do about 10 garbage trucks an hour One person

Do you have a drawing of how he did the pump mounting? Is that angle iron with a t-bar welded to the top, and then the pump is mounted on top the t-bar?

@@1lucasvan1 we no longer have the drawings. This is a discontinued model that we used to build prior to our poly chain series that runs with a different pulley system altogether.

You won’t get max flow and psi out of your pump. And if the unloader is too tight it can also make your belts pop if running a belt drive

We don’t. We do have a solenoid valve that stops the pump from siphoning soap when on bypass triggered by the pressure switch on the pump however.

You are correct! They are not! Wouldn’t you prefer us to post what it actually does 10:1 instead of showing something made up? This was about transparency, not just application. How many times do you think someone will talk about a soap and also post their failures? How many times do you think a company will do a “retake” on their soap until it looks perfect for a production? We don’t do that. We will do a 4:1 video next weekend for different results. We did this to reenact what a downstream injector would do with one application.
