If you're referring to the fabricators at primary and bonus objectives, destroying them doesn't count towards anything. The final score screen shows all outposts and objectives destroyed. "Poor Intel" is one of the modifiers for this mission resulting in the objectives being displaced from their actual red shading on the minimap making it look like there are "untouched" bases.

I cringe from solo players everyone can do this running away with light armor . The stamina and speed of the light armor needs to be nerfed hard . This is like every solo run nothing epic just running simulator . This btw requires no skills so cringe so hard with these players thinking they look so cool doing this solo . Light armor and jetpack everyone can do it .
