Instead delivery smart villas they are asking more money with the name of mumty , stairs , square feet, which is unfair and unjustified. Solid investment solid growth is key to quick success. 1-Because foreigners are serious investors and they are buying to build 2- because plots are more expensive for a reason and hence more profitable so overseas can see the value where as locals want cheap assets . 3- capital smart city isn’t as profitable anymore to the dealers as much as blue world city hence that’s why they promote blue world. 4- comparison for both smart city and blue world theve been around both approx the same time but capital given possession and people are moving into their homes . 2030 capital will be something like a dream but won’t be affordable.

They were committed to give kesy of house on decided payment. For example Rs.8450000/- and its included everything. But ccs didn't handover villas to overseas in 6 ,7 years . Even they are always trying applies stair charges , mumty charges , square feet charges. Which unfair and unjustified . They are losing their credibility. Who is going to invest further.

Despite the original promise of a 2050 square feet area, the actual Total Covered Area achieved by CSC is 1988 square feet. To make matters more concerning, the management is now forcing an additional 1.2 to 1.5 million rupees from the buyers on the name of the Mumty Charges. although they didn't achieved the promised 2050 square feet area. This demand goes against the agreed-upon payment plan and contradicts information published in the 2019 villa brochure, layout, drawings, CSC official website, and the payment plan by CSC where they promised 2050 square feet area
