Ahh bless you pal, there was really no need mate. Hey I got shot of that twig of a Xmas tree😂 was in town today and was just by chance I got parked up at outside one of the many charity shops we have and I noticed in the doorway two artificial trees in boxes, one battered the other like new, an Everlands Ontario pine reduced from £20 to a tenner! Sold! Got it home undressed the twig and put the new one up and in the bottom of the box which I don’t think they knew were in there were two sets of lights! so a good day all round, I’ll keep my eyes peeled for a tripod when I’m out and about for you.

Mine arrived today. Unfortunately I had them delivered to work and was asked to swap a shift last minute, looking forward to having a good play with them tomorrow. I also ordered a clamp to try, never used one so didn't invest a lot in them but advertised as full aluminium construction. Fingers crossed, it will all work out as planned.

Hello My friend, Thank you for your video on trigger sticks. I have a similar pair to those you have there. Mine are called Jim Shockey Trigger Sticks. I fully agree with what you said about them. I was sceptical at first. My dad would never have bought a pair. He would have made some similar kind of tripod out of wood or plastic tubing. That was how people were back then. My dad worked at the British Areospace factory in Lostock, near Bolton. There were some ingenious, very able people who worked there. One of his mates was a scuba diver, and he made his own breathing regulators. They made allsorts. My dad and a colleague were motorbikers. They probably made the first heated handlebar grips for winter. Their first attempt resulted in grips being too hot to handle and blessed them, lol. I think they must have put too much current through them, lol. My point being, they wouldn't have paid money like that, back then. They didn't have it. I just went out and bought a pair, and it's the best thing I did. A good quality pair is fantastic and improves your accuracy, no end. Yes, I'd say a great investment and a great piece of kit. Best wishes, Ian. Ps. I like them lightweight and good to carry. At this point in time, I'm not too fussed about saddle clamps, etc

I was a little sceptical about the durability of the primos trigger sticks when I bought mine, there’s an awful lot of plastic on them, and I was concerned about the plastic hinging at the top of the legs, I also noted that the whole unit sagged badly under the weight of my HW77K when the legs were opened out to accommodate sitting on the ground, but I’ve been using them a while now, and so far they’ve been flawless, I do think they’re overpriced for what they are, given the amount of plastic, but they’re definitely getting the job done for me. All the best, Steve

Maybe he did drop a rabbit at 90 m but there is no way on earth he knew he was going to have a clean kill! That’s just irresponsible . and by the way, good honest review I’m giving up my FAC license and my fire rifles because of the hassle and stress of it all, and I’ve decided to buy an AGT vixen long.22 i’ve never shot one. I’ve never seen one. I’ve never picked one up, but I’ve got a feeling about this rifle just by the research I’ve done ,I hope I’m not disappointed…👍

Personally I wouldn’t dream of taking a shot at that distance but each to their own! As for getting a vixen I bought mine back in 2021 with out seeing one in the flesh! There’s not many knocking around at the moment so you may have a long shop on? First thing you will need to do is buy an alloy hand rail as the plastic one will give you issues with accuracy! It’s a great little gun especially for pest control. Thanks for watching and your comments.

I bet you are made up Denny new sticks, what a difference they will make compared to those others you bought eh. On the subject of silencers I bought an A-Tec Wave for my Reximex Myth it cost around £30-£40 can’t quite remember but the Myth has one hell of a bark without one fitted and that Wave is bloody brilliant and I might be sticking my neck out here but it just could be quieter than my Weihrauch. Glad you are feeling better mate and weathered the storm.

US is great and I was lucky to pick one up second hand, so half the new price. The weight is hard work when walking around in the field, so I brought an S510 superlite for hunting and fitted a Huggett Atom to keep the front weight down. Unregulated mine - so a bit simpler, but brilliant.

Hi Denny, I'm sorry you've not been well and hope you're soon better. I've had this airgun for around two and a half years now. I haven't shot it all the way through that time, as I had an issue which really disappointed me, and I didn't shoot it for a while. I'm back with it now. I've never had a Daystate, so I couldn't compare it to one.. I think the cocking arm function is just gorgeous and to me, engineeering genius. The cocking arm travel I've never thought about as it's never been a problem. To me, it is, as it is. In my humble opinion, my walnut stock is gorgeous and goes to the same place on my cheek every time. Yes, it's heavy ish, though I use a trigger stick, frowned upon by some. I'd prefer a needle on the pressure gauge and I'd prefer the safety catch to be where the Revere has its safety catch. I'm not keen on being able to see the spring behind the trigger. There are other points, though I'm generally happy with my Ultimate Sporter. The T bar fill is great and safe. My air rifle is fiercely accurate, demonstrating what a great air rifle it is, although that comes with practice too. Best wishes, Denny, Ian.

Denny yourereview is spot on about everything, weight silencer grub screw, cocking.. AA is a great rifles but you’ve got to love them. £1300 is far too much money, I was lucky to pick mine up less than half of that from a true air rifle gentleman. Regulated, thumb hole stock. I’d love to send it too you and let you have a go. The magazine is tricky st first, but like you said same as the reload action, you do get used to it ..
