The best part about fanatic is that if you pick a certain name you can get a chest piece, for example "bob" gives you bobs armor.

What I like the most with these kinds of games is the stupidity, the feeling you get during the late game, where you build srupid megaprojects for no good reason is always enjoyable

I am estimating a Steam page being up in ~ a year, completion in ~1.5-2.5 years, I am 100% making it available on Windows, I will post it on console (Switch, Xbox, PlayStation 4/5) if it performs well

The game is extremely hard without a wiki explaining ratios, thresolds and such. Also, when you look at the most popular designs, like the liquid lock, they mostly "cheat" out the game design. And not using them is punishing. Saying it is genius is exageration.

Liquid locks aren't a cheat, the use the base game mechanic of only having one element per tile. Go ahead and use them with full joy!

and they can break too, for example when you put too little liquid or it heats up too much and vaporizes. also setting them up is comparatively much duplicant work so it doesn't feel like a cheat imo. what does feel cheaty though is stuff like using vacuum to prevent heat exchange alltogether (it's the cleanest way i've found to get heavy watt wire outside a steam chamber though, tips appreciated!)

On a serious note, be careful of levelling up more than once on one XP surge. Sometimes it only levels you up just one level! Happened to me recently when I was spam crafting jet at a low level. Had to reload and go slower with the crafting until higher levels.

if you ate the captains feast before this it'd probably stack the exp gain, not sure if there's any item duplication glitches or not but that'd be the item to make copies of.

Mine was just a dozen Gunner cages in a square, facing inward. Then I'd use a Big Boy. Your setup is a lot more impressive! 👍
