I have mild stenosis and small disc protrusion at l4/l5 persistent contact of the exiting nerves , l5 mild stenosis and modic 1 inferior endplate changes, I have had nasty backpain for a long time I also feel segmental instability, can someone explain what's caused it in simple terms please.

Listen ladies. Think of your experience at the dentist. They both use ladicaine. You will experience a little pinch and burn with first injection. But not much afterwards. Make sure they give you enough, then give it time to work. Because it's a probe they stick into your breast. Your breast is very vascular with a lot of nerves. You will be left with a deal of bruising and soreness. Have icepack and extra strength Tylenol at home on the ready. I have a real issue with people being under informed on what to expect. Be prepared to speak up and be your own best advocate. Don't let them rush the procedure until your comfortable numb. There is no reason you should suffer needlessly. It can put you into a state of not trusting anyone with future procedures. You now have the knowledge of what to expect. I'm being truthful and honest. Best wishes. As this test is very necessary to find out what your dealing with.

I have modic 1 and 2 in cervical spine levels, osteophye with thecal sac compression - plus T-spine degenerations together with Schmorl nodules throughout and biconcave vertebral endplate deformities of lower-thoracic and upper lumbar vertebrae - I have pain constantly throughout my spine, for the last 6 months my walking has also deteriorated and am unable to walk more than 5 minutes due to tightness heaviness and cramping in legs, it's hell

This is a terrible situation when your pain is constant, your mobility is greatly compromised and the stiffness is horrible in the morning, I sleep on a heating pad, use ice packs, have a shiatsu mattress for full body massage. Have to rely on tramadol and ibuprofen. By the end of the day you could give me a bottle of wine with a straw…..anything to deal with this exhausting situation. Getting out of my car is a challenge, stairs, even sitting on a chair with cushion doesn’t help. Another dr appt tomorrow. Hope you find relief.

Don’t worry martine I did this last yesterday and the only thing that hurts is the local anaesthesia. After the breast is numbed it’s you won’t feel much after that. And it’s pretty quick mine lasted around 3 to 5 min .

I heard of this treatment, I have type 1 after a fall. Workers comp, lawyers, and the stupid urgent care they tried to force me to go to just lat me get worse! Now I am MODIC! I'm pissed. When I heard of the antibiotics treatment upwards of 100 days that is just insane! That cannot be good to the rest of the body. WE MUST DEMAND BETTER RESEARCH! Demand better care! Demand not to be written off as DDD, or OA. Underlying pathologies, infections, and trauma can all cause this and with the perfect condition all three can cause severe destruction and us to be gaslit, labeled drug or attention seekers, psycho somatic or worse but our imaging shows the problems they just have no answers. They just all make money off of our suffering. It's disgusting!

De berichten kwamen van over de hele wereld. Van ongevaccineerde apothekers die coronavaccins toedienen en een miskraam hebben gehad tot een vrouw die beweert dat de uitslag van haar zwangerschapstest positief was terwijl ze ongesteld was. De berichten gaan over abnormaal bloedverlies, maandenlang niet ongesteld worden, miskramen en zelfs deciduaal weefsel, dat vanuit de baarmoeder spontaan wordt uitgestoten!

@@miatortillaa it actually went really well. The cyst is completely gone and i’ve had no complications. The numbing needle burned and kinda freaked me out and the aspiration needle just felt like a lot of pressure and was uncomfortable but it was bearable and totally worth it. Only took like 10 minutes
