Try using pitch corrector instead. It wil show you the pitch regions but also allows you to correct them if they are out of tune. Cheers!

You can do that from the playlist, no need to go all the way into the sample settings. Just press “Shift + M” to enter/exit stretch mode. Then you can just drag the beginning or end of the audio clip to fit to your beat
