What’s the benefit of building it from steal? Will it last longer compared to wood?

There are many benefits to using steel. It is more durable and will last longer than wood. It will not rot or degrade under normal circumstances. It is straight and not warped. Termites will not eat it, and it is not a fire risk. It is easy to prefabricate with steel frames.

@@martincortez4956 not true, depends on your area. In some country wood, any wood, is way more expensive than steel. It all depends on material availability, supply chain and manufacturing capacity.
