Newjeans lore is about para-social relationships between fans and idols.. (personally i think hes an ex that she hasnt got over rather than her boyfriend which would explain her unhinged paranoid behaviour.) You watched the performance versions of OMG but the actual story version also has a LOT of para social lore and is a 3rd part to ditto side a and side b (ditto itself follows the same pattern as ETA with the girls not existing and the camera girl being the fan creating imaginary friends with them to help cope with her loneliness). The ending of Ditto is bittersweet as she does initially move on with the boy but later on in her older years she slips back into her loneliness and depression and strat seeing newjeans again.. what she is watching on the screen is blank tapes and white noise but we see on the screen is what she sees in her head.

Dude 'supernatural' samples a pharell produced song and pharell actually redid his adlibs for the song.. you can hear him throughout the song. its why when you searched newjeansx pharell 'supernatural' instantly popped up :P The song has 2 parts and imo i believe the song is about how they feel 'alienated' by their parent company hybe and how they need to escape from them to another planet.. the subliminal messages throughout suggest in the future grass is greener on the other side which also suggests that.
