toto nie je standard room, boli sme v štandard a nikdy viac… žiadne župany zubné kefky či pasty malá skriňa pre 3 ľudí… celý pobyt šaty uložené na sedačke, tým pádom nemáš okrem postele kde sadnúť , kufre celý čas na očiach, lebo niet kde odložiť… za tie peniaze nič moc

C'est un très bon hôtel pour son calme, ses équipements et son personnel au petits soin de la clientèle. Nous y avons passés deux semaines merveilleuses

Mi nombre es Leonardo, quería contar mi experiencia, con mi esposa fuimos al Iberostar bella costa en Julio del 2023, lamentablemente no fue lo que esperábamos las habitaciones realmente viejas y sin mantenimiento, por las noches cortan el agua caliente y el WIFI, las paredes sin pintura y con olor a humedad, pero lo peor es que esta lleno de bichos adentro (cucarachas e iguanas). Un día de lluvia se inundo la habitación, brotaba agua DEL TECHO, parecía una pelicula de terror. La comidas son escasas, solo hay un solo lugar por vez para comer para todos los huéspedes, lo que significa que a la hora de abrir cada lugar es realmente imposible poder agarrar algo, no existe la carne de vaca ni las frutas, no dan vino en los almuerzos y las cervezas están calientes, no tienen hielo porque no les funcionan las heladeras, ellos dicen que es por el bloqueo... En mi estadía de 12 días, solo dos veces cambiaron las toallas porque, según ellos, no había lavadero o lavanderia . Son escasas la sombrillas tanto en la playa como en la pileta, por lo tanto nunca llegas a tener una. Años anteriores hemos ido al hotel Barcelo Sol y Mar y nada de lo que pasa en el Iberostar paso allí. Una experiencia que no se la deseo a nadie. Saludos Leonardo

So sorry to hear that , we were last there in 2015 , it was a small hotel,no more than 300 rooms ,was well cleaned and the laundry was done daily,the food was ok but not like it is in Canada, we had the 5th floor ocean view and we could see the entertainment stage from our room ,it sounds like it has really changed, been to Cuba 5 times and still loved the experience Leonardo , thank you

В этом отеле отдыхали в июне 2023 г., очень довольны остались, что выбрали его. Территория не большая, очень уютная и удобная. Пляж отличный, бесплатно предоставляется пляжные принадлежности. Имеется бар на пляже. Еда в ресторане не калорийная, много овощей и фруктов, мясо (говядина, курица и рыба). Интернет на ресепшене. Химчистка имеется. Персонал в отеле русский язык понимает.

Never come back to this hotel. This hotel support nationalism. If you are not Italian they will treat you worse. Service is only for Italian in this hotel, other nations for them as second sort

كنت فيه هاد الجمعة...باهي من حيث المسبح ..الأكل في حالة معجبنيش بالنسبة لفندق 5*..المعاملة تع لي يخدمو لتم يعاملو الاجنبيين خير منا..وحتى كي تطلب حاجة يجيبوها بالتشناف ميعجبهمش الحال
