Rien! She can smile, she has a rich husband who inherited a whole huge estate (to the detriment of the sisters of the husband, who had nothing because only the boy inherits, and certainly had to find jobs and husbands!). She has time to swim, do yoga, for sure! Not like the poor girl who has to wipe her kids, go to work, do the cleaning, cook and is too tired to make a nice afterwards! There’s, it goes their life!!! It talks about well being, yoga, nature... But behind, it is the trade of hunting on the estate. Finally "hunting"... of "sport", rich people lined up shooting at animals just released, dogs that bring back the game and small people doing the dirty work while the rich drink and laugh! Because it is not the shooters who will pluck and disembowel eh! Sport... well, let’s see! It is everything but hunting, it is felling! While she refills her smile of pseudo healthy people, this rich hypocrite! She has a maid who prepares the breakfast, staff everywhere, cottages... What does she do for Scotland? For nature? Nothing!

"Embrace the wilderness on an exciting day of shooting, exploring the estate whilst experiencing nature." "we eat what we shoot!" "Family run since 1884, our estate is around 5000 acres and includes 1170.85 hectares of commercial forestry, a home farm of 934.74 hectares, comprising around 1000 ewes, 250 hogs and 100 red deer hinds, three let farms: a mixed dairy and two traditional beef/sheep farms and twenty-four residential properties, the majority of which are let at affordable rents."

I have much respect for Frank, but his opening comments about making alginate impressions is really stupid. Having an accurate set of models is invaluable in studying a case and diagnosis, treatment planning, communication with co-treating specialists and patients, reviewing options with your lab technician, making provisional restorations, risk management, teaching dentists and students and residents, etc etc. Why belittle the use of alginate impressions? Frank did not used to be this arrogant.

Important to understand the relationship, between oral health and diseases arising in your body. I have had heart surgery 3 times, and kardiologists suggest that I take a lot of drugs, to prevent it from happen again. But actually it doesnt work. Foodindustry and Bigpharma is a billiondollar business, and they defend it with all means, despite it make the worlds population more obese and unhealthy. Is it possible for me to change the outcome, now I know why traditional medicine seems to prolong health problems, by distraction us from the true mechanisms in the body?

Is there a difference between the composite used for cavity fillings and the one used for aesthetic changes? Because I have two cavity fillings with composite and I have had them for almost 10 years. I'm having biyearly check-ups (like it is recommended in my country for dentist appointments) and they are in a pretty good condition. My dentist back then mentioned hat 10 to 15 years is a normal. I always thought the material used for composite bonding is the same...

This is good advice. I have some gaps and think bonding is the best for me. Braves won’t work as I don’t have enough teeth for my mouth. Also I’m 46 so I terms of how many times they might need to be replaced and the cost is less of an issue compared to say if I was 21. I only need 6 of my top teeth done.
