Imp tips and Product Recommendations‼️ * Introduce one product at a time to see how your skin reacts. * Don’t use Salicylic Acid and Retinol together! Use retinol every other week when starting out and do not pair it with salicylic acid to avoid irritation. * Use retinol only at night as it can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. * Follow up with a good moisturizer to keep your skin barrier strong especially when using exfoliants like salicylic acid and retinol. * Always patch-test new products on a small area before applying them to your face. * Consistency is Key! Don’t expect overnight results; it takes time to see significant changes. Here are some affordable product recommendations 👇 - Salicylic Acid (For Acne) * Minimalist Salicylic Acid 2% Solution * The Derma Co. 2% Salicylic Acid Serum * Dr. Sheths Neem & 2% Salicylic Acid Ampoule Serum - Retinol (For Acne & Anti-Aging) * Re'equil Retinol Night Cream (0.1%) * Deconstruct Retinol Night Cream (0.1%) - Vitamin C (For Acne Scars & Brightening) * Minimalist Vitamin C 10% * Deconstruct Brightening Serum (Vitamin C + Ferulic Acid) Cleansers - Oily Skin: Sotrue Salicylic Acid Face Wash - Dry Skin: Simple Replenishing Cream Cleanser (Cream-based cleansers with ceramides) - Combination & Normal Skin: Fae Beauty No BS Face Cleanser (Gentle non-stripping cleansers ) Moisturizers - Oily Skin: Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel - Dry Skin: Re'equil Ceramide & Hyaluronic Moisturiser - Combination & Normal Skin: Formularx Hydra Veil Gel Moisturizer

I have tried both methods and when I'm not using a hydrating toner my skin feels dehydrated dull and rough ...but whenever I use a hydrating toner my skin literally thanks me by glowing and hydrated.... I can skip moisturizer but not toners You just have to invest in a good toner first and then you'll see a big difference.... mostly Korean toners are great and they work very well

Using this DIY rice mask every day might be too much for your skin, as it could lead to over-exfoliation or dryness depending on your skin type. I’d recommend starting with once a week or every other week to see how your skin responds. Always moisturize afterwards and patch-test first to avoid irritation!

Dear what product i can use to reduce Whiteheads near my eyes, and also plz suggest a product to overcome Acne Marks, i am confused what to use...😭
@by.swaraa
@by.swaraa 6 күн бұрын
Hi! Since the skin around the eyes is delicate, it's best to use gentle products for whiteheads near your eyes. You can try a product with PHA or Lactic Acid, which exfoliates mildly without being too harsh. Avoid getting it too close to your eyes! For acne marks, I’d recommend a serum with Niacinamide (great for evening out skin tone) or Vitamin C (helps brighten marks over time). Another option is Azelaic Acid, which works well for acne marks and calming skin. Make sure to introduce only one product at a time to see how your skin reacts and avoid irritation. I hope this helps and if you don't see any difference in your skin, please consult a dermatologist

Hi, Acknowledge and respect your video. Would also request to understand It's common for people to invest a lot of time in skincare without fully understanding the workings of the skin, its Creator or its care-taker. As mentioned in Sri Durga Kavach: नासिकायां सुगन्‍धा च उत्तरोष्ठे च चर्चिका। अधरे चामृतकला जिह्वायां च सरस्वती॥ 24॥ Devi Sugandha takes care of the nose, and Charchika Devi gives shield to the upper lips(because Charcha is through upper lips) .Devi Amrutkala guards lower lips and the tongue is protected by Devi Saraswati. गुल्फयोर्नारसिंही च पादपृष्ठे तु तैजसी। पादाङ्गुलीषु श्रीरक्षेत्पादाध:स्तलवासिनी॥32॥ Tejasi Devi safeguards the back portion of both feet. Shridevi protects the toes of the feet, and Devi Talvasini stays in the soles of the feet to provide protection. नखान् दंष्ट्रा कराली च केशांशचैवोर्ध्वकेशिनी। रोमकूपेषु कौबेरी त्वचं वागीश्वरी तथा॥33॥ Devi Dranstrakarali protects the nails, and the upward-moving Devi (ऊर्ध्व)protects the hair. In hindi see the spelling of hair its “baal” and in hindi shakti is called बल,so the spelling is almost same that is बल is in Baal!Your shakti is in your hair. Issues like Depression ,menopause are because of hair-cut so that is why earlier it was told that we should not cut our hair as that also creates imbalance. Devi Kauberi takes care of opening the pores, and the Devi Vagishwari(Saraswati Devi) protects the skin. It’s amazing to consider that within the entire human body, only hair and nails has roots. Hair and nails don't have blood so though they are attached in the entire body still they are detached. Just see परमात्मा की लीला and understand his importance. Everywhere, everything and everyone is of परमात्मा.(Refer in 22nd Shlok of 10th Adhya of Srimad Bhagwat Geeta: भूतानामस्मि चेतना-In all,चेतना स्वरूप जीवन शक्ति is परमात्मा.) Everything is one only because of परमात्मा शक्ति. Its अव्यक्त which cannot be seen or touched but still makes our entire body work! Example of how wonderful skin is made by परमात्मा is when you massage your skin with oil, it penetrates into and protects the cells. Conversely, When you take a shower though its thinner consistency, water does not penetrate deeply. Skin is water-proof. Think about your body functions, though rigorous exercise at the gym, the bladder remains sealed, preventing urine from automatically releasing. Invest your time in chanting or reciting any Devi stotras. I am writing without any selfish motives. Requesting you to give a thought. Hari Om Tat Sat.
