Growing up in Arizona my friends family are in the Knights Templar and I loved watching them battle and when I seen this on KZbin?!! Holy sh*t I got excited!!!

This was genuinely such a good fight, I think this will get big once the sport develops. Weapons that put you in striking distance really makes it a dynamic fight akin to mma. Red was smart with the reach on the shield as well so there is a whole game of weapon choices that goes into it

@essanance actually in the olden days they wouldn't try to do much more than overwhelm. Knights, during peace time, would have tournaments to keep their skills sharp. This sport takes it further and allows us to tko ko our opponent not just overwhelm

They need reitars coats of arms and flags. There must be fully enclosed knightly helmets. From pokes point. Also armor at the referee And what is it? Does he have a naked body under his shirt? Where is a full-fledged multi-layer underarmor? It's very important for safety. It should be a strict rule!

You can get the best of both worlds as well. There is a gauntlet that is like a mitten but your pointer finger and middle finger are put together and your ring and pinky in the other. Basically it is a split finger gauntlet which Basically is the best of both worlds it allows dexterity and great protection from hand strikes.
