I'm in BC Canada. Best I understand, I can insure GVCR to 26k lbs. So it is curb weight of truck, and remainder for trailer. So the 550 I'm looking to buy weighs 9000 lbs, and can tow up to 14k and still have up to 3000k payload. Axels are weighed and must not exceed GVWR. I don't understand why you can't trailer over 8000. Here we get heavy endorsement to 26k GVCR or Class 3, Class 1 over that. I guess you are referring to restrictions without CDL?

On the transfer pump them are known to go bad. They could have a few hundred hours and go bad on them. They’re not hard to change but most the time the pump is burned up and it will always take the fuse out so whenever you do one you have to replace the fuse anywaysit’s just a bad design from cat mind you they have the upgraded kit. You can put the new filter housing style into that unit, and it would be way more efficient and less troublesome. Also you won’t break through the hydraulic hose. Them hoses are tough. Also 125 a hour is cheap shop labor.

Welcome to the world of heavy equipment. That's why when I get people complaining about rates, I'm happy to move on. Cost to own is expensive. Great machines but lots of high priced maintenance and repairs.

You actually really didn't explain anything the best way to do it takes a little longer but you know you're doing it right take the wheel and the drum off and adjust it that way that way when you've got the drum off you can expect the shoes and everything in there make sure everything is doing what it's supposed to and then you can just look at the threads and adjust accordingly you can half-ass do it leave the drum on or take it off and do it right it takes a little longer but this is the difference between a good mechanic and one that doesn't have a clue if the brakes are so bad that they aren't helping slow down at all then you definitely need to tear down and see what's going on causing this problem

There is a prices to prime after replacing the fuel filter. Turn the key on and off a few times, you'll hear it pulling fuel up.

Thats about 50%-75% way through its life. Rev it up Hot and put your hand over it. If Oil hits your palm its 75%-100% worn out.

They told me I had to make this video. It was part of the agreement to return me to earth. They want people to know that they don't want to harm us. They stated that if my clone doesn't live They will beam me up again for more tests and to make another clone. So I'm really hoping my clone is doing OK up there in the Western GoreTex.
