In the second slide two materials of different dielectric constants are used but incident light is is not refracting..how??

Refraction does occur, but has not been shown in the diagram. We were interested only in the reflection of light, hence illustrated just that.

+Sima andrei sorry for relying so late. Its simple. All you need to do is to change the position of point and orientation of line with each value of theta. Use 'for loop' to obtain an image file for each plot. Join all the images together using a movie maker software.
