We bought an abandoned property so it was as is, it may take longer to sell if it needs work but now days with the prices I’m sure it would still sell!

Burning that is putting CO2 into the atmosphere. Composting and/or mowing the leaves instead would help recycle the nutrients more effectively and protect the soil's health

@sarahxjosh Totally valid! Burn barrels are fun, quick, and effective for safety breaking down large quantities of carbon like that. The Ash is super nutritious so remember to spread that back over where you took the leaves.
