1. dblink is not a schema. dblink lo target instance connection details(user name, password and tns entries) load ayyi untayi. 2. That will not be a problem. you can create synonym in such cases too. But try to use a different synonym name(other that that table name) create synonym <synonym name> for <target database schema>.<target database table>@<dblink>

Query nunchi kaadu. Oka query motham execute chese kante oka simple table nunchi data retrieve cheyadam performance wise chala best approach.

Hi Sehjal, we can download the database files into server only. If your database server is your local PC you can use UTL_FILE concept. Otherwise you cannot do. By the way, Toad, SQLDeveloper Tools allow you to download to your local PC. But you cannot do it using PLSQL Code

Database user name and password. In which schema your table exists. For example.... if you create the table in ABC schema(user) then you have to give that username and password. In this video, table exists in SYSTEM user account. so i gave the userid as system.
