Thank you so much for sharing your story. This is so very important. Showing people in the industry that you don't have to subscribe to the "work hard, play hard" mentality concerning being drunk or high. Its so pervasive in the industry and hearing someone so successful talk about it is extremely helpful. My wife and I have been eating at your restaurants for years and it's so nice to know we are supporting not only excellent food and service, but also service to community.
