the pinweel is not installed correctly in the right starting position. the tunes sequences are all messed up.

Mine chimes on each quarter, but hour chime doesn’t work. Suggestions? Also, the key hole on the far left is very tight and can’t be wound any further. What does that spring control?

How do you get the pendulum on?

The pendulum hangs on a hook at the front of the movement. The hook is accessed by opening the rear door and then reaching all the way to the front.
