Rotten Winged Sword insignia and Millicent’s prosthesis can both be swapped for better talismans (spear) since you really won’t be attacking fast enough for either to efficiently proc their tiered damage bonus. And I know this is a dex build and you can put keen on a claymore to use it it generally scales better with Strngth builds as Standard heavy or fire. Overall a great weapon but you have a lot of useless things in this build.
