First shot was play to close to back foot. Back foot forward youll get a lower shot, front foot closer and you will get a higher shot. Irons are best played in the center if not slightly with your front foot further back

first off his front leg and stance are completely fixed at first he moved it way to much which can cause posture and balance issues so you will hit it bad on the ball and after he had none of that and there was no over swing

I remember many years ago i was playing basically par golf as a 15 yr old. I went for a lesson at a local country club and the dude had me working on one. It felt wayyy too upright of a swing plane for me. If you're wondering what it's called, I found one called the "Explanar." They seem way pricier than i'd have guessed.
