I know it's not a popular opinion, but I really want to try it out too. Manual is great, but I really do appreciate an auto or PDK on track.

On older honda civics the clutch would make that sounds sometime because there was a rod or something in there that had required lube. Not sure that's a thing on the GRC since I dont own one.

1. Hatch - Opps, operator error 2. Door Lock Sensor - Really? Get used to it, no big deal. 3. Spoiler - I get it, but at least you can choose what you want to be different. 4. Shifter - I find the shifter to be fantastic with the Racer X short shifter, bushings, and pitch mount. Amazing. 5. Seat Belt Chime - Just turn it off with an OBD2 tool like I did and many others have. 6. ACP - Seems to happen with every car. You can just go back to the Toyota screen and reconnect. 7. Phone charger - I found it worthless so I removed it and put in the cubby hole 8. Gauges - If you maker your selection one of the 3 stored favorites it should remain as the seen gauges, mine does. 9. Pedal - You can add the Delta X pedal positioned to heel toe better. I've never had my iMT not work and you can add the simple to install iMT mode so it defaults to the on position. 10. Clutch pedal - hard to say what that is, mine doesn't do that.

Cool stuff. IMT and apple play- I haven’t had any drop intermittent issues For the cluster gauge - if tire pressure is one of the selected options, yes you will loose it at startup. Not sure if it’s because it’s lost connection with TPMS while turned off. Any other combination of gauges always stay saved. Spoiler - highest model Morizo has same spoiler so don’t feel bad. The Circuit Edition spoiler does create a great deal of downforce reason they had to tweak the front end of the Circuit Edition. CE was definitely planned as a one off, discontinued now. Door handle touch to lock - had a Lexus for 10 plus years, it’s positioned on the same spot so I always expect it to be there, muscle memory kicks in. What’s the chime noise though.? Seatbelt warning? Have you had dealership check out your clutch pedal noise? Don’t think it’s normal Your videos always enjoyable to watch even when you quibble 😂

I had no idea my hatch had the 2 buttons I did not know I could lock mine by touch🤡 I should have read the manual. I've got a circuit & have a big boy spoiler👍 I installed a short shifter & a Likewise Ghost knob - Both game changers. Ya the chime is RIDICULOUS I have never noticed the car play dropping - even on my 6K mile road trip I don't bother with the charger Guages Meh... Auto rev match - I bough the dongle - Never Failed to date Thanks for the video - (most of the dislikes could be filed under niggles-:)

The reason I got Blue Flame on my 24 GRC instead of the white was purely because of the paint chipping issues everyone talks about. It's also a problem on the black I've heard.

GR Yaris owner here. While talking about the dealer's oil changes -, make sure to change the oil very often, like 3k miles or less. It is imperative for this car especially in hotter days/climates. When pushing hard, you get a very rich mixture and end up with significant oil dilution.

I have the GRC Premium, 911 Carrera S, and a 07 STI. While all three cars are pretty quick, I find myself enjoying the driving experience of the GRC the most. Obviously the 911 is way faster and corners better than the other two, but there's just something about the fun factor in the GRC. The STI is a blast in a primitive sort of way and creates some flashbacks for me that I like. If I had to keep one car, and not sell it , I think the Corolla might be the winner. Enjoy the ride, cheers.

I enjoyed the video. I took my GRC on a 5300 mile road trip in 2 1/2 weeks back in June and had a blast. I'm 6'2" and 240lbs but I found the seats very comfortable in my 23 loaded Core. I've heard several people say the cloth seat are more comfortable though that have owned both the types of fabric as the cloth breathes better. I'm not sure why you didn't reset the MPG readout every time you filled up to see what each tank was. My worst tank on my trip was 25.01 mpg and my best was 33.92 mpg, these are calculated as the readout is always reading too high I found out. Most of my tanks were between 28-31 mpg and I was having fun on mostly backroads driving hard. On highways I was 5-10 mph over the limit.

Congratulations !!! Brilliant car. I have a GR Yaris over here in the UK. Ive just started my mods, and the first thing you should do is change the steering wheel for an alcantara jobbie. Next get a bonnet vented hood,, lower those seats, fit a better tailgate spolier and some wheels spacers. Upto you if you go ahead and upgrade the power, but over here in the UK the Yaris has so many tuners now, it's amazing.👌

The Dark Horse is a great car - however, you will see more of them than you will a RTR Spec model car. Also, are on track test show that the Spec 2 on a Nitto NT555G2 is slightly faster than a Dark Horse. If running on a similar tire, I would assume the Spec 2 would be faster by 1.5 - 1.8 seconds.
