quick question is it healthy to stay awake for almost a full week if so then send me to a mental physicality bc im starting to see things

Nope! You should really be getting at least 8 hours of sleep every night, but I have a friend who finds a system in his sleep where some nights he sleeps some nights he doesnt. While it’s not healthy it’s better than not sleeping at all. I suggest talking to a psychiatrist or trying to find a routine that allows you to sleep. Maybe get some sleeping pills such as melatonin and take them at night to ensure you get some rest.
