Hi 👋 that’s great if that’s what you want. Not everyone wants a huge clinic with lots of staff, but you can definitely make a very good living from it with the right marketing, sales and systems. @@ThePaulGough it's about knowing what your values are in the first place and what you want your brand to stand for - after that, have the COURAGE to live by them. My experience is that people WANT to be lead and they WANT to follow someone who is certain about what they're doing. The staff are there ... keeping working on your leadership skills and hiring and they'll come! 🙂
