What transparent paints colors did you use for this painting? White transparent? I have never worked with transparent paints before. What is the difference? Does it help a lot with layering? Please answer this comment. Thanks!

Did you use soft body liquitex in all of your paintings including this one, tiger and elephant? A list for each of those would be incredible!! 😊

Yes it falls away mostly or I wipe it off with water when I don't need it anymore! Love white chalk but if you need to have something darker grey is better then colours, the pigment can sometimes show so if it's coloured I wipe it off right after so just the hint of the marks are there and that works well too

I use chalk! Easy to brush away and easy to move lines or draw on top of finished work as needed. Great question!

hi Sarah. I am going to paint my background today in preparation for painting your sloth. Just wondering if you can share a still picture of it. I plan to follow your tutorial but may need a little extra help so am hoping to take a picture of it to my painting class... thank you <3 love your style and the way you explain everything so very clearly. I live in Costa Rica 6 months out of the year so this little guy will be a star attraction to my other paintings of birds in Costa Rica... :)

I just spent almost 3 hours searching for help with painting a realistic sloth and here you are............ thank you for the simple explanation of each step and I love how you do it in slow mode for explaining the detail "in detail" and the other as well. Will be following your tutorial to create my sloth. thank you again!!! looking forward to checking out your other tutorials... cannot wait to get started... :)
