Как жаль что так мало интервью с ней. Очень интересный человек. Вполне вероятно, что если бы Джордан не попала в магазин к Малькольму и Вивьен, то не было бы Sex Pistols и панка.

Why did punk go away for? I didn’t get to witness and I’m jealous lol! I’m an oldie but not that old. I wish I was.

A very under-estimated collection that was monumentally influential in the coming ten years. Miuccia continues to use a lot of this to this day, as does Galliano. You can see Ozbek's work there, even the 80's shoulders, though Vivienne always made them soft, not big. The distinctly chic silhouettes for lunch ladies as 'savages' is irony of the right kind at a time when it meant something and was useful. Highly progressive and truly a representation of the mixed London of the times.

World needs punk more than ever today. Too many kids dragged into consumerism , money to buy stuff is all that matters to them and creativity nowhere to be seen.

not having been part of the scene in London I still like to experience it vicariously hearing from the principal players. and it brings up memories and feelings from my own scene.

This show showed a gay lad from a narrow minded little town that there was a fantastic world out there. Thank you to Vivienne and Malcolm 🦬👾 XXXX

That bloke who walked in and then left straight away......he felt very intimidated and I've felt like that going into that shop at times......Bless him. You walk in and it's so small, and the clothes aren't easily accessible to view, you need to rummage a little bit.

39.20 - Malcolm most articulate captures the ethos of punk. Vivienne has little to say and unfortunately this remained until her death, despite the satellite orbs ......

I accidentally came across Glen and his band at the time in a small club in Istanbul where he was playing, as a massive Sex Pistols fan it was a massive bonus and surprise, i was wearing a black t-shirt that wrote "IM A CUNT" in massive white letters, he said he liked it and signed it , saying, ive met him, and its true !! hahahhaha ....i havent washed it since.

The full length version of this is on Sky at the moment, I was searching for it because I’m in it. A few of us from fashion college were extras in the show, and Im buying a gold corset for £300 in the Davies St. shop scene.. rip Vivienne xx

It has to be said tho.that granny takes a trip had some wicked clothes..that era knocks the hippy movement But this be honest...those hendrix military jackets and those strippy bottoms and all that looked great...i see the simplicity and similarities in both movements....wish it was like it today to be fair..England ain't done anything original in music since drum n bass in the late 90s .to me its been one big retro act ever since..bit n bobs come along..but nothing kicks the door down these days..changes every thing and it starts again...just like it did with punk.. the faces was a wicked band. I see Glen play with them with mick out of simply red singing.. was OK great to see Ronnie Wood Tho also

I met her once in Seditionaires. I was wearing an Adam & The Antz t-shirt from the two nights at the Electric Ballroom. She said I was cool and my punk credentials went through the roof. The pub she's being interviewed in is just up the road from where I live. I would have loved to have bumped into her again. R.I.P
