Go on making a next one, don't waste ur time spending more time on one beat than u need. If u do it instantly without thinking, just by feel, than thats right. Everything after that is more than u need, so just export, save, whatever, close and start a new one after stretching ur legs for some mins to come back with clear head. 🫶🏼😌

@@covinobeats timbre is like the "texture" of the sound. Think of the difference between a note played on a piano and a violin. If they're playing the same note you can still hear a difference. That difference is timbre. Electronically synthesised sound (if you're just using a sine wave) will have basically no timbre. It's just pure tone. So I'm saying add some character to the bass or find another synth with a little character to it.

Sounds amazing! The only advice I would have is to work on the mix a bit more, bring down the low end and boost everything else up a bit

Low end of what? Cuz I take out the lows of all the melody’s and some of the drums idk how else to do it there’s no good mixing vids

@@covinobeats The low end of the master track overall. The 808 tends to take over the track if the low end of the master is too high, but that might be what you’re going for

Im from Jersey and this style of music has a lot more sound of effects combined with the kick pattern. Listen to a few beats from McVert and rrrodney and steezethaproducer. Their beats are really popular for this kinda music and they’ll give u some inspiration to add so it isn’t just the jersey club kick pattern the whole beat. Also this music is used for dance battles which is why they’re so many sound effects. Look up Jersey club battles and you’ll see

U should be able too I haven’t used mobile in a minute but for a sample u would to make the one u wanna pitch change “unique” unfortunately idk where that is in mobile but for pc u click the top left of the sample and it pops up and then u pitch that one down and the other has the original pitch
