You need to have the "So Many Ducks" downloadable content, include this in your game and all 3 ducks you need will eventually spawn into the pool.

HI! My personal goal is to produce some fun videos and screenshots! I don't think the game itself really has a goal, it's more to relax and a bit of silly fun. Although I think there are a few secrets, Easter egg type things to discover. As far as I know, you have no control over the ducks at all, they just randomly float about. You can control what duck you are watching and the camera angle, but that's it.

Indeed, especially with a large number of newbie opponents, there is nearly always a pile up at the start. It's much more fun to wait a second or two so you can see the chaos and hopefully slip by and catch up with anyone who made it through (also makes for more interesting videos!) Not a good tactic against experienced players though.
