I have never been an intense Pokemon fan, but listening to this opening made me want to watch the whole Pokemon anime from start to finish (at least till this season).

The same thing happened to me too, I didn't grow up with the first 2 seasons that showed Ash's beginning.But when I was watching the end of Ash, I felt a huge need to see from its first season to the last, it's a beautiful song 💯

The truth is that this opening gives a lot of good energy, it motivates you too much. I would say that it is the best opening (in Japanese) of the franchise, but I did not listen to all the openings in their original language, but the feeling it conveys is unique

This song has many details, for example at the beginning of the song we can hear a "Tin" identical to the one that the Gameboy made when it was turned on or in many parts when there are no lyrics the guitars make fragments of the melodies of the games and in 3:43 we can hear the melody, from when entering a combat of the first games

Truly is sad that Ash and Pikachu will actually be leaving to series. This song now feels like Ash is saying goodbye to everyone that grew up watching the Pokemon anime.
