I'm an old man. The Kundalini was activated within me spontaneously after several months of semen retention. It happened in two stages while I slept. First, it rose in gentle waves from my feet up to my Throat Chakra. A few days later, it was an overwhelming force that surged up within me right up to my Third Eye Chakra. (There were no contortions or shaking of my body or crying) A couple of days later, I had an uplifting experience in my Third Eye but I prefer not to describe it. My goal is to have the Kundalini go up all the way to the crown. I think this would require not only physical chastity but also a pure mind. (I'm working on it.)
