Even after 5 years. This is still one of, if not the best, videos I've watched with 'All Eyes On Me' Handsome Jack, after everything we learned about him, juat fits so well!

Why did I think this was gonna be Bo Burnham's All eyes on me?

Every once in a while i find myself returning to this video, usually because I love replaying through Kalos. (it's my favorite region) This is how I always pictured Lysandre, and I always get so sad that Kalos was done dirty with no XY follow up like Z or XY2. I always wondered what his outcome would have been in those. And while I'm absolutely overjoyed that we're getting Legends ZA, I'm still kinda sad we probably won't be getting any Lysandre content :(

I don't usually watch animations like this, but that was pretty good.

This was SO GOOD! I just finished my first Y playthrough a few weeks ago so I couldn't have found this at a better time! I love how much thought you put into this and the fact that he and the professor were friends and how that would influence them as the story prolongs. 11/10 I adore this

Checking back that animatic after like 3 years, it's gold!! Believe it or not that's actually the first animatic I ever watched! And it's feeding my pokemon hyperfixation right now--

You know in that scene of btps were jack just straight mirders a reinforced glass window with a chair while scream obscenity at moxxi and the of vault hunter i realised that im helping a psychopath (and yes i play bl2 first it still makes ny nerves riggle) the older borderlands had great storytelling and am amazing cast of actors, nowdays the hype that comes with the franchise is going to quietly die off if gear box keeps going with its new recipe as 3 and wonderlands storytelling and character development was complete garbage and while gameplay is superb for both games the rest was not that great.

Thank you for making this it is so refreshing to watch every time. I miss shadow of israphel more than I should I miss old Yogscast more than I should, this video reminds me of the excitement waiting and watching each shadow of israphel episode as they came out. And this video is a perfect tribute to my childhood what lead me to my favorite game and what I believe sparked my creative drive to create.

Jack has gotta be the best villain in a game Ive seen he manages to be an asshole but so charismatic about it that you fuckin love him for it

With what we learned about him from Borderlands 3....I just feel bad for Jack. I mean his daughter accidentally killed his first wife, her mother, and he was obviously scared of her. Then he gets betrayed by....well a lot of people. Then Lilith punches a relic that was feeding him knowledge, destroying it and permanently scaring his face, plus probably messing up his mind ever further. By now his mental sanity is probably broken heavily....then Borderlands 2 happens and we kill his daughter and him.

I’m rewatching this for maybe the thousandth time and I absolutely adore the style difference and how you shift between them!! When he’s a child everything is hard lines with soft colors but when he becomes disillusioned it becomes lineless with harsh shadows and that’s a really cool dichotomy!!
