its 5 30 am and my sleep schedules fucked . i fix it and fuck it up again but my brother loved the DAMN album so did I but it sucks I lost him to suicide in 2023 , we where so close I remember listening to this song with him all the time especially when I was 18 in 2020 in the height of covid and all the protest i got kicked out well kinda my dad had my back lends a hand but was like lil nig you gotta figure this shit out and find your own spot which i dont blame him but all my friends waited till shit cooled down and moved out in 2023 but i moved to the coast of california in 2020 to be with my brother but he ran into money issues and mental health issues few months after i moved out there but he helped set me up i had nothing but 5k I saved up in high school my pc and a bag of clothes he helped me get my first apartment and its the cheapest in my town and i live in a nice town and the apt is nice but a little cheap but does the job and he just help set up the foundation for me but he moved back with his dad and 3 years later killed himself a day after his b day and it just sucks cause i held the apt down for us because we talked of him moving back and etc and it sucks that never happen but i glad my dumb 18 year old self when a jumped screaming over the edge of the cliff of life and took the risk and got to live and be around my brother in his final years , imma miss him forever i currently working to become a vet assistant hopefully in a few year a vet tech and then also helping our mom cause she not well off money wise and after what happen with my brother i just want try to the best for her and try get her something like her own home and etc or just be able to help her . i got a 2 bedroom and i gave her the other room till i get a house and set her up with own thing or a nice trailer or some shit on my property lol no redneck shit but its better than nothing but i wanna give her own space to enjoy and not stress about being homeless lol your 20s are best years of your life is biggest bs ever lost my brother at 21 and i am 23 now but feeling more like 50 just tired and feel sometimes out of touch of shit .

Idk if anyone's is going to read this, but I want to get it out there. I listened to the first part of this song in reference to my then boyfriend (baby, my baby). The entire relationship was a traumatic mess, but it boils down to this: He was 17, I was 14 He didn't tell me he had severe mental health problems, and I wasn't just going to leave him when I found out He frequently had episodes and would cut himself. When he attempted suicide, he didn't text me, but his ex. I stayed loyal through all of this. He went to college and one month in he cheated on me via texting. I found the texts. She asked him if he had a girl, he said no. She called him baby. So as you can imagine, this whole song is terribly sad for me. Between "tell your baby that I'm your baby" and "I bet on losing dogs" it's just eerie. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk
