I did Tuckermans once years ago. I did no reasearch and had no idea what I was in for. When I got there I saw people falling like this and thought damn, what did I get myself into

always seems better when you're there. prob some of it due to the single spot i was standing and it was recorded with my phone. it def sounded better than i captured it.

being kind of snobby here. we thought conditions were 'good'. but yes, we got some great runs in. hard to go wrong on a good day at Stowe.

This has to be the shortest time down Lift-line ever. The first time I ever attempted this, it was a solid mogul field making it a true double diamond, and way over my head at the time. Since then, I've seen it groomed on one side and moguls on the other. I love the pitch of this run. Thanks for a fun video.

Agreed. Without the mogals it's a black. I like the pitch as well. Sharp drop, good run to another drop, then a nice run back to the lift.

Feelin pretty old. Used to watch these guys in Blacksburg and locally too!!! Back in the 90's!!! About the "Dark When The Snow Falls" times!

I know them originally from hearing them on a Boston college station when they were playing Pretty (Wake) back in the mid-90s. Then used to come up to Boston and we'd catch them when they'd come. A few trips to DC back then as well. They were still really good at this show. Every person I talked to was from somewhere far away (we traveled from Boston).

Dude got hurt really bad. He's a legit skier from what I gathered. Just got some bad luck and came out of his binding about 700 feet up a 50-55% cliff.

@@paulchaplin7726 I've seen dudes on their dirt bikes, that's what they do. They have a bunch of dudes at each end of the net. Where I got the idea.

@@a1xeus this is such a steep pitch it’s actually hard to explain. He came out of his binding at the top of the ridge. Went roughly 700-800 feet. Was the craziest thing I’ve ever seen. He lived. Not sure how.

ha. maybe. def some folks that shouldn't be trying that. in my opinion most people, including the guy (Jason) tumbling down, are really skilled skiers. but it's def a legit risk.
