I loved my two years at Salem. I wish I could have finished, but alas, financial circumstances made it impossible. I cherish my memories. I was intellectually challenged and have fond memories.

Congrats ‘23! I’m really happy it’s back in the Maydell but no confetti?? And who chose these songs?! Jessie’s girl? Not quite the women empowerment playlist I thought it would be.

What must a change agent understand when embarking upon making organizational changes? 1) You must first deeply understand the current state before trying to change things! 2) You must really believe that the suggested changes/improvement are needed. It will not be better for everybody, but you have to be able to communicate that the change will be an improvement! - Great advice Anne Nelson Stokley!

This is a a true gem as Salem College pivots toward focusing on health leadership in all areas of educational programming. "SALEM COLLEGE will be recognized as a global leader in undergraduate education preparing women to create a better world through health leadership. Graduates will lead global health organizations, fulfill their civic responsibility by preparing to develop health policies that improve lives, advocate for those who need a voice, innovate and deliver treatment solutions for catastrophic diseases and inspire others to relentlessly search for solutions to the world’s most formidable health challenges.
