Great video. I am think of starting an offshore charter business here in Texas at South Padre Island. The The CHG and RCG permits to do so are fairly expensive. Apparently they stopped issuing them in 2003. As a result, few vessels have these permits here. Do you think it is a good investment in terms of being able to offer offshore charters? Seems like I would have a lot less completion. Just wanted to get your thoughts.
