One last thing. That last match with Jun and Lee, you can see how the CPU is flawed because it doesn’t play Lee correctly. Lee is primarily a counterhit whiff punishing machine. You try to set traps to counter hit or wig punish. But the CPU has a standard way to play all characters. And it seems that characters that excel in grappling have a huge advantage due to the inability to break throws.

To be honest, even though Lidia does well against the computer, she’s not that strong in PvP matches. She is universally regarded as trending toward bottom tier. I have yet to see anyone say she’s really strong. The CPU in Tekken 8 should be improved in my opinion. It’s too easy.

Nina spends the first two rounds downloading it seems. (Btw: I thought Bryan was a cadaver with cybernetic implants. )

If he's a cadaver with implants then I guess he definitely wouldn't feel pain. No living brain no problem(unless there's more to his lore that I don't know)

@@BananaVice1 lol for sure. I forget the lore sometimes so don’t quote me on that but I seem to remember that he’s dead. Or “undead.” I’ll double check.

From that first match it seems like Gohan CPU transforms/powers down right after entering sparking mode

Yeah the AI priority is very weird. It would be nice to get some tweaks someday!

I might be wrong but I don’t think you put ultimate Gohan in this whole tournament since I don’t remember seeing him when he is his own character slot since it’s understandable if you didn’t know

Just in case if you haven’t search who was with babidi in one of his Ki spender has you called it with respect is one of his henchmen called Pui Pui in which case at least he is mentioned 13:04

Are you guys using any mods or something to boost the CPUs AI? Even when i turn them all the way up to super they often just randomly transform back and forth or stand still and wait for nothing etc.

Nope! No mods. In the earlier brackets we had exactly what you described happen. Gohan and trunks loved to transform back and forth specifically for some reason

Tien wasn’t trying during his fight with Goku. He saw Goku’s intro and was like “You know what, I’m just gonna give it to you, you need it” His W against Whis was crazy though, he saw that Whis was going for the heal again and immediately shut that down.
