Our DM has shared his wisdom. Fhalkyn: I had a PDF copy of the Mayhem Deck (thanks to backing it on Kickstarter), so what I did was copy the images out and into MS Paint, saved them as PNGs, and used them for the custom card faces. I did the same thing for the card backing. Also, you can watch the following link to a Roll20 tutorial: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oXyqnaSCe5VsbMk Hope this helps!
