there's probably some kind of mistake. I constantly check the links to see if the bonuses listed on the registration page match the actual bonuses, and I've had no such problems....

besides starting over - no ( Tayrel ➕ Aina in 1 bonus link. So you didn't get the first champion at all, but Fane got the second? How is that possible. I have been checking the links every day for years to make sure they work and I have never once had a case where the first champion was not given and the second one was. The links either worked and both champions were given, or they didn't work and both were not given.

you have to clear the cache from your previous account, but it's harder on aios, since you have to reset all content there (
