Chor builder hai galti se le mat lena.....logon ko 10-12 saal se latka k baitha hai aur penalties bhi nahi di.... additional paise maang maang k pareshan karta hai aur poora staff chor hai....ek baar paise de diye phir phone uthana band kar dete hain aur offices mein ghanton baithvate hain and bol denge kal aana.....abhi bhi waqt hai khud ko bachao aur aise chor builder se door raho

Noida Authority has not approved OC (occupancy certificate) and Registry in sector 150 and there are no hope that it will be approved in near future. In such a scenario it would be full of risk and stupid decision to invest 1+ crore amount where Registry is not happening. Never come under any influence after seeing video's of any broker's, agents, dealers or social media influencers as these are the paid People who are least bothered about your money. Strictly NO to sector 150 for any kind of investment.

Don't invest in this project. Its RERA registration has been expired. Ideally builder can't sell and promote the project. So, agents are doing this. This project is under construction since 2016. This builder does not complete a single project in Noida extn. Court case is going on this project.

Avoid M3M at all costs, totally unethical & dubious builder who keeps harassing the clients with unreasonable demands post sales, their future is uncertain with so many court cases against them. Their directors are out on bail, also all their projects are massively overpriced. Our 88 & 79 year old parents lost 1.25Cr + 3 years lease & our family has been totally destroyed.

One of the worst socities in noida. Maintenance and security is very poor. Old and unprofessional security guards. Power backup is very less and ac and geysers do not run on backup. Only one entry and exit gate and narrow roads.Water supply is very poor. TDS IS always more than 2200 and this is totally unsafe for human consumption as well as daily work like washing etc..all appliances that use water like geysers are getting danaged due to poor quantity supply.Open area is very less seeing the numbers of flats. Floor area ratio is not according to standard guidelines.Monkays and dogs roam freely in society and when we complain to manager he says that he can't do anything. Kids are always fearful of going out to playIt is better to invest money in any other society. Plz buyers do not invest ur hard earned money in this filthy and dirty express zenith society
