Thank you. I hunt a ridge top that they like to travel. It’s fairly open on one side so good shooting lanes. This time of year they come from all directions. Was a doe that trotted through just a minute before he came in.

@@daviddaigrepont9485 I was running straight minnows on 4 rods and black and chartreuse jigs tipped with minnows on 2 rods. Look for brush in 12-14 fish 8-10.

Where i live there is a canal that goes threw the whole city for irrigation for the farmers. The carp in the canal are insanely big, but there are alot deformed, like bent in half. Nasty

Green pumpkin trd on a 1/10 oz finesse weedless shroom. All Zman. I catch lots of small bass ever now and then you catch a decent one. Fished cave run today. Caught white bass in the jumps.

@@fishwithyamamotos in the full video there is a clip where I get them out of my fly box and I show the fly on another catch. That fly setup is really good for bedded bluegill. I have several videos on that lake usually use the same setup color of the flies change with water clarity.

Looks like a fun day! Keep whatever you want and what is legal, but big male bluegills are the ones you want to throw back generally to help keep the population of bigger fish up. They are the ones that guard the nest, and can be up to 10 years old

Central Kentucky has several small lakes that are excellent for big bluegill. Corinth is closest to me so I fish it the most. Bolts in dry ridge and Elmer Davis in Owen county are also really good.

Yeh I work at the Toyota plant in Georgetown. I just do my best to get out as much as I can. Spring and fall takes up several of my vacation days. Hope you like the video.

Was definitely a heck of a fight. With that tackle you have to just wear them out. Was tough getting the other 4 poles out of the water and trying to get him away from the brush pile I was on.
