Honestly, the kiss could’ve been more passionately done. I can see why people think it’s not trying to signal a romance between them. If I had been the director, I would have made them redo that scene.

To be honest this is the best 4 minutes in the prequel trilogy. Felt a bit meh about what happened next but the whole Ben Solo revival sequence was mega awesome

Who would have thought that all this time the true power to save those you love from dying was by true love itself. Not bc of greed, not from selfishness… but from selfLESSness. Willing to sacrifice yourself for the one you love is the key. Sad Anakin didn’t realize that at the time. And of course Palpatine never knew this. The Jedi also didn’t know thing they did not allow themselves to love. Really loved this trilogy and how it showed you can master both the dark and the light.

The Dark Side just turns you into a sociopath. It's really cool seeing Ben here because you can get a real feel for how he actually is. And he definitely feels like Han Solo's son.

What truly amazed me in all three films was how when both Rey and Kylo handled a lightsaber they acted like it weighed a hundred pounds every time they took a swing, but when Ben handled Anakin's lightsaber against the Knights of Ren he swung it like Anakin, Obi-Wan, and every other Jedi during the prequels. I don't know if that was on purpose or if they were just dumb during the rest of the fighting scenes.

As bad as the sequels are, my father was right about one thing after seeing episode 7. He told me the villain (Kylo) had a great actor but bad scripting....fast forward couple of years and Adam Driver just kept delivering with Marriage, HofGucci and other top movies as an actor l. What a shame! Wasted potential.

i’m so confused. so. he wants her to kill him. she gives a saber to Kylo. then prepared to kill sidious but now he backs up and has her attacked? didn’t he want to die?

Disagree with me and all but the fight scene here and ONLY here are not terrible. The duels are bad yes but to me the fight scenes between Rey and Ben and Palpatines army is kinda good.

I love the little details of this fight sequence, even if some parts of it don't make sense (the lightsaber handover). but Ben's over the shoulder, no-looking shot? Rey copying Ben's move with bending a blaster shot with force? that little shrug Ben gives? the exhale, grounding himself, not forgetting, not giving in to the dark side? all such good moments. and my gods, both of their faces. they truly show a whole conversation without any words. the power of two.

It would have been more satisfying to see Luke return to finally finish off Palpatine Clones for good!. As well as taking out Kylo.

🔥🔥🔥🔥**WICKED GAMES** **THIS AIN'T YOUR DADDY'S DARTH VADER~!!** No...this is NOT the "kid stuff" Darth Vader of the first "Star Wars" trilogy; Kylo Ren is a "DANGEROUS-SEXY" Vader-aspirant. In the second sequel film, he is not above using SEX to try to manipulate the heroine. Even revealing himself to Rey in a way that elicits the response from her that he should put on a cowel, indicates to Kylo Ren that he can use this kind of "tactic" in his attempts to seduce her to the dark-side. And...he already knows that she is lonely.... He is a first-class MANIPULATOR who is not above using sexual-predator tactics. This is CLEARLY a "Vader" we have not seen before.... (And...I have no doubt this Kylo Ren character would literally--or FIGURATIVELY--IGNITE a "dumpster fire"--if that is what it took to try to get his way.... 🔥🔥🔥🔥 ) **GREAT CHEMISTRY BETWEEN THE 2 LEAD CHARACTERS~!!** They burn the house down....

🎯🎯🎯🎯 Adam Driver was "hands-down-terrific" in these films. His Kylo Ren/Ben Solo was riveting. And...across the board he gets high marks for his portrayal. It isn't just a bunch of chicks who are smitten with him who appreciate his performance; the films came up in conversation this weekend with a guy I know who has been a "Star Wars" fan of the films since he saw the original flick in the theater @ 1977 as a kid---and he was MISERABLE that Kylo/Ben had been killed off. This completely ruined it for MANY. (And...I also AGREE that, without Driver, these films likely would have been thoroughly unwatchable--and certainly not worth my time.)
