Amazing, I started with relaxed hair as well :) I have tried to document but I am very bad in being consistent with my content. But I cannot wait to see how your microlocs are gong to grow ! welcome to the loc community :)

It's called lint. They are accumulations of fabric fibers. because of the nature and texture of locs, lint gets trapped easily on it.

wow. glad to come across this video. i also locd my relaxed hair 2 months ago. Just this evening i kept looking and wondering if i made the right decision. Im also going to ask my loctician if i can add some extension to it. Very helpful video and i wish you all the best on this journey.

I also struggle with that “being seen” ailment. It’s a struggle to know that I’ll be the centre of people’s focus. Then I start doubting if I have anything valuable to give to the people who are now focused on me, or if they’ll regret it. Looking forward to learning more from you on this and hoping I will virtually tap some of your confidence to be able to put myself out there more 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
