Wear Atleast Hiking/Trekking Shoes.. avoid trekking in Night.. Beaware of slippery ice/black ice.. Do not forget to drink plenty of water and have some food to eat with you… ❤… Baaki avoid travelling alone.. all d best 🎉🎉

Trek is safe, but you must take precautions at all the time.. If a 46 year old person is a fit person and habitual of walking daily.. Then one can manage it. Avoid trekking at night

Winter Clothes Must.. Very Warm Clothes Avoid Trekking in Evening and Night Bottle Flask to keep warm water.. gloves warmers. Etc
