Is this the game back in 2018 that... This caught my attention because years ago there was a game like this competing against big games like GOW4 2018 and similar ones. The game looked like this game you are playing now. And it did win something. It was posted by IGN but I haven't heard about it anywhere on the internet. I just wanted to know, by playing it, how could this be even on a list.. I am curious

The game in the video is the original colonisation game from 1994. It was the successor to the first civilisation game made by Sid Meier. Firaxis made a new version back in 2008 Based on the civ 4 game. I haven't heard anything of a 2018 version though. Maybe an entirely different game with the same name was made? But can't seem to find any info on that either... Maybe you're mistaken the 2008 game for 2018?

@johanwittens7712 Thanks for the info.. I am not saying it should be a new game or not. I am pretty sure I saw a game like this around 2018 being on a top 10 list where GOW4 was also on.. because in 2008 we didn't have internet due to the aftermath of the war. Whether it was just fans comparing games or not I don't know. One of the characters did seem like dressing like Robin Hood though. What I remember is there was a boat and a Robinhood looking guy and maybe some renaissance painting with philosophy and stuff like that I did question why this game would even be on the same list as other RPGs. Looking at this Colonisation game video, I am sure this ain't it Again thanks for the help

You need to have pioneers clear more land for food. So easy to grow colonies then.

I loved this game like most of Sid Meier's games. I am now 50 years old and find that I have been gaming all my life and Sid Meier's games have definately helped me for the love of grand strategy games

You get it immediately after getting the welcome trophy. You don't have to do anything besides get 100 stars for the other trophy, and then just wait for the unwelcome trophy.
