I do have a video from a while back talking about sourcing beads! But in a nutshell I’ve gotten lots of beads off of eBay & I like to get them from a local secondhand art supply store. If I need something specific though I check Joann fabrics or Michael’s and I also have used a website called “garden of beading” ❤️

Tessa when you backstitch, and secure half way … is your needle just securing the thread into fabric or do you actually send the needle back through the beads? Hard to tell from video as you’re so skilled it looks effortless. Your videos are so soothing.

The back stitch is through fabric and then when I bring the needle forward again it’s through the beads ! I’m sorry I have a hard time explaining it

It was challenging to mount the frame, but I love how textile works look with a special frame like that, because of the contrast of textures, I think it's worth it.
