Look at how he's hurting himself... hitting his head against the table, just trying to keep his cool from everyone else. Then, he gets told that his company, which he probably didn't even tell about the poker game, told him he can't get his money back. He just doesn't take responsibility for his actions because everyone's always picking up after him. He's been conditioned this way. It's good he's learning from his mistakes, but jeez, that's harsh.
