I tried to talk to Mr Leach about this 1 1/2 to 2yrs ago. I was trying to help a mother who has this. He said a nurse would call she never did. I called the state dss and they said you can't help them all. Saying we are helping the whole family UNTIL IT GETS HARD, then we can't help all of them. I have stuck by this mom, she is doing well so far with NO help from dss. This man is alot of talk only.
