I keep forgetting to tell you that you were the first person I watched on YT. Your digitals were the first I downloaded. My interest in gelle printing was because of watching you. I now have a gelli printing station in my new crafting area in my garage..it took awhile for the studio to be completed but well worth it. ❤❤❤

What programs do you use to manipulate the files?

Thank you for watching. I work on a MacBook Pro and just make my adjustments in Preview but I don’t think it really matters. Wherever you can adjust size and color on your device. Any software should work. I should have been more clear; Preview is my computer’s built in software. If I click on a photo, it automatically opens it up in Preview. Your computer should also have built in software that works similarly.

@ I’ve been making stencils like mad! The possibilities are endless. I use Photoshop, so I’m switching between the two to see which is the best tool for a specific job. It’s not difficult to use but you made it much easier!

I’ve not tried that myself but would assume so. I do have a video after this one where I discovered an even better method that makes it waterproof using a product called Bubble Jet to pretreat the fabric.

Thank you for watching. I use an ink jet printer. However, I found an even better method after this video and have made a new one. It uses a product called Bubble Jet, also using an ink jet printer but makes the fabric washable. 🥰

If you hang it somewhere where you won’t get glare, then use the plastic. That will protect it for the long haul. It is a beautiful piece of art I really like the use of the book, that is so clever. ❤❤❤

Thank you. I'll have to check it out. I don't really feel like I'm putting myself down, I just want to acknowledge that I'm a beginner to many of the things I am doing in the hope that other beginner's will be inspired to try new things. I don't want to come off like an expert when I don't know what I'm doing. There are a lot of professional teachers out there so I don't want to pretend to be one of them when I have no background. I want my viewers to understand that I do sometimes get intimidated and often don't know what I'm doing but that the fun is in experimenting. Thank you for your comments. I do appreciate you.
