When I try this I as soon as I boot the machine im brought to "defaultUser0" account and if i try it from the wifi setup screen cmd prompt doesnt appear

Don't know how this works for everyone else. I followed the instructions found the dll file in question and now directX failed. I love windows 11 man. EDIT I literally left my pc to get a drink and the file fixed it self. I DON'T KNOW ANYMORE LOL. PC video works and is the real deal.

try manually redownloading the deleted dll files manually and move them to the two folders. It is important to remember that there are two different versions of the same file, One is 32 bit which goes in the SysWOW64 folder and the other is 64 bit which goes in the System32 folder. You need both

oh no, I'm so sorry that any of these methods didn't work for you. Try downloading those specific missing dll files into where the application's exe is located

this tutorial is the legit one, bro explained the most crucial step to find specific broken dlls, not just say "try to delete xinput1_3.dll" like the other bot channels. Because in my case i got broken d3dx9_43.dll and not xinput1_3.dll
