Putting the covers on the standard side is not easy. getting the corners covered is problematic. It might be that some fabric is stretcher more pliable than others but my fabric is not.

I have had mine for about a month. I love the concept, but I’m really not happy with the couch. The seat back cushions are not the same size as the seat cushions. Which gives a one and a half inch gap on each pillow, leaving nearly 3 inches between each back pillow on the sofa. The cushions to the seat, although comfortable look high and low across the seat itself. My concern with this sofa was that it was going to look sloppy in my living room. And sure enough it does. I love the concept, but I do not love the way it’s configured.

Only after purchase were we notified we would handle the assembly - we agreed to give it a go...how difficult could it be if that was all Lovesac offered? For transparency, we are in superb shape - also in our early 70s...no health issues. One employee shared to try TaskRabbit for installation purpose...another employee said you can't trust the site for safety. This assembly took us two full days to complete. The written instructions included were basically worthless - nuts to have to continually refer to a video to assemble. That reclining seat mechanism is HEAVY/BULKY to move. The back panel should have TWO anchors for even position support - they only have one. The metal back rest is flimsy - needs a solid redesign. When you recline, once back to a sitting position, we routinely find you need to restabilize the back chair support - again - TWO anchor bars would be a far more balanced support. As shown in this video - once reclined, you have zero neck/head support. You wind up with a sore neck from holding your neck at angle - it is a recliner - right? Needs sold support and it doesn't offer this. Also agree - no reason you do not offer a rechargeable power pack as 99% of all motorized recliners do. On the endless trips back and forth to the Lovesac store to ask questions - we were told only one person on staff had ever assembled a recliner. Not acceptable. It is a fairly funky recliner - flimsy in support, needs a rework in general design - there is ZERO reason not to offer options for installation. It is no small task to correctly stretch/fasten all the Velcro - lumps make it look like it came from a used furniture store. We would not recommend this recliner. Yesterday, via FedEx, we received another heavy box with a reclining seat mechanism we never ordered - essentially free - still boxed and in the foyer. Immediately contacted our local Lovesac - they are arranging a FedEx pic-up.

I wish these were cheaper .. I’ve always wanted this couch but from the start it was pricey and a few years later it’s gone up even more. There is a knock off half the price and one almost twice the price but you get what you pay for .. which again I still can’t afford. I love the original! LOL!!! 😂

My 40 something husband and I (just shy of 30) put together our rolled side 3 seat sactional together in just under 3 hours. The covers and the clamps were tough, but the secret I think is to go slow and make sure it lines up perfectly before exerting any force

This is a joke and so is this company expecting their customers to spend hundreds of dollars on a Sac then get one that’s defective and have to go through hoops to not have this system work! Never again!

2 questions: 1. Are the sides for the recliner the same as all other sides? 2. Are there any plans to make a seat cushion that covers 2 seats (I want to eliminate the seam that is created by putting 2 seats together)?

Slow down, and explain. Do the angle feet tie into the other sides? You show setting them down as if not doing this.

Took me less than two hours to put together and honestly it was pretty straight forward, I’ve been reading the comments so I’m not sure if people are exaggerating or I just got lucky (I will say i am on the younger side so I understand it taking a bit longer since the pieces can be pretty heavy)

43 years old, put same configuration together today in about 2 hours. Love the couch. Very lightweight. Comfy. Love the ability to wash the covers. Love how modular it is.
